Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
Unopened & Unused: The product box must be completely unopened and untampered with.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, exactly as it arrived.

Return Shipping

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria above, please contact our support team with your order number to request a return authorization and mailing instructions.

Please Note: Returns that do not meet our criteria (e.g., opened boxes, damaged packaging, or missing pieces) will not be eligible for a refund.

If one of your items is damaged or defective weare happy to provide a replacement after the damaged goods are returned. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
